Inspection Overview
A home cannot fail an inspection. A certified ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) home inspector gives you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a solid, informed decision when buying your future home.
Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection should take no more than three hours, the average is between two and three hours. Ideally, you can accompany me during some of the inspection, so that you will have a better understanding of the possible issues I might find. Also you may learn how to operate your home, electrical, water, gas shut offs, and various other bits of information.
I take my inspection report very seriously. Every inspection is a complete, thorough evaluation of all the major systems and components in the home. The report includes a clear description of what I have found with any problem areas noted, so you can identify them. I am also available for any zoom or phone consultations after your inspection.
